A wild-walnut extract, a fraction thereof, and a compound isolated from the fraction according to the present invention have the effects of inhibiting the production of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and decomposing advanced glycation end products that are produced, and can thus be advantageously used in a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetic complications, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, or degenerative brain disease caused by advanced glycation end products (AGEs).La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant un extrait de noix sauvage, une fraction de celui-ci, ou un composé isolé à partir de la fraction.
