PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel absorber, and a manufacturing method for absorbers, suited thereto.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes steps of: impregnating a cellulose fiber assembly with a gelatin solution to acquire a composite body crushing the composite body and molding the crushed composite body. The absorber is formed by uniformly dispersing cellulose fibers covered by the gelatin.
