The method includes obtaining a polymer substrate with a first surface and a second surface and applying a colorant layer to the first surface of the polymer substrate. The polymer substrate is coupled to a fastener. The polymer substrate is also coupled to a semi-rigid member, the semi-rigid member including an outer surface and an inner surface and a flexible member to the semi-rigid member. An inflatable chamber is at least partially defined by the flexible member.
