The micro-fluidic chip includes a first chamber cover which has an injection hole into which a medium solution and a sperm sample are injected and a chamber which is combined with the lower side of the first chamber cover and has a plurality of micro-fluidic channels, wherein the micro-fluidic channel is arranged to converge in a progressing direction of the sperm.
