The present invention relates to a smart medication identifying system. It comprises a processing device including a first processing module, a scanning module electrically connected to the first processing module and a first reminding module electrically connected to the first processing module； a cloud storage device electrically connected to the processing device and including a storage module and a login module electrically connected to the storage module； and a medication identifying device electrically connected to the processing device and the cloud storage device and including second processing module, a medication information database electrically connected to the second processing module, an image identifying module electrically connected to the second processing module and a second reminding module electrically connected to the second processing module. Therefore, the present invention can record the medications that the user needs to take and remind the user to take them on time.本發明有關於一種智慧藥物辨識系統，其包含有一處理裝置，係包含有一第一處理模組、一電性連接第一處理模組之掃描模組與一電性連接第一處理模組之第一提醒模組；一雲端儲存裝置，係電性連接處理裝置，其包含有一儲存模組與一與儲存模組電性連接之登入模組；以及一藥物辨識裝置，係電性連接處理裝置與雲端儲存裝置，其包含有一第二處理模組、一電性連接第二處理模組之藥物資訊資料庫、一電性連接第二處理模組之影像辨識模組以及一電性連接第二處理模組之第二提醒模組；藉此，本發明可記錄使用者需服用的藥物，並提醒使用者按時服用。
