To provide a biological data measuring apparatus, regardless of SHF including one temperature measuring means, capable of acquiring a deep temperature without causing another means to measure internal thermal resistance of an object (a living body).SOLUTION: The biological data measuring apparatus includes a substrate that is disposed via a support member at a position spaced at a prescribed distance apart from a body surface so as to generate an air layer toward the body surface of a living body. The substrate includes temperature measuring means having a radiation thermometer for measuring a body surface temperature Tsk of the body surface, and a substrate thermometer for measuring a substrate temperature Tsub of the substrate.
