A reflective sheet (200) is attached to the upper side of the mulching sheet, and is formed of a reflective film which reflects sunlight. A cut-out unit (300) has one end which maintains the attached state of the mulching sheet and the reflective sheet, and the other end which penetrates the mulching sheet and the reflective sheet to form a cut-out surface.
