PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper capable of being easily attached to a wearer by easily fastening a free end of an inner pad to an outer cover.
SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 includes the outer cover 2 including a front cover portion 21, a crotch cover portion 22 and a back cover portion 23. The outer cover 2 is attached to the wearer by fastening the inner surfaces of both sides of the back cover portion 23 and the outer surfaces of both sides of the front cover portion 21 to one another around the waist region of the wearer. The inner pad 3 is disposed on the inner surface of the outer cover 2. A rear end 37 of the inner pad 3 is fixed to the inner surface of the back cover portion 23, a front end 35 of the inner pad 3 is not fixed to the inner surface of the front cover portion 21 as a free end, and the outer surface of the front end 35 is fastened to the inner surface of the front cover portion 21 when the disposable diaper is attached. In this way, by easily fastening the free end of the inner pad 3 to the outer cover 2, the disposable diaper 1 can be easily attached to the wearer.
