A therapeutic dressing has a permeable bottom layer, a non-permeable upper layer sealed about the periphery to the permeable layer to form at least one reservoir, an absorbent patch integrated with the permeable layer, a hermetic seal attached to the underside of the permeable layer and a filling interface in communication with the reservoir. The dressing is filled with a therapeutic agent and wherein such agent is subsequently diffused through the permeable layer onto the skin of a patient.La présente invention concerne un pansement thérapeutique comportant une couche inférieure perméable, une couche supérieure imperméable fixée au niveau de sa périphérie à la couche perméable de façon à former au moins un réservoir, un tampon absorbant intégré à la couche perméable, un joint hermétique fixé à la face inférieure de la couche perméable et une interface de remplissage en communication avec le réservoir. Le pansement est rempli dun agent thérapeutique et ledit agent est, par la suite, diffusé à travers la couche perméable en direction de la peau du patient.
