PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder absorbing device in which an empty capsule after absorption can be easily taken out from the powder absorbing device and broken chips remaining in the capsule can be prevented from being separated from the capsule and falling.SOLUTION: The powder absorbing device 1 includes a body portion 7 and a perforated portion 11. In the absorbing device 1, perforating device inserting passages 19, 20 consisting of pre-perforation passages 19a, 20a for guiding perforating tools 9, 10 to a housing chamber 3 and post-perforation passages 19b, 20b for inserting perforating tools 9, 10 protruding from the housing chamber 3 after perforating a capsule C are formed as a part of an outside air flowing passage 6 of the body 7.
