PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a device by a replacement for teeth, such as a crown and a bridge.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electronic registration device to record the motion of a lower jaw relative to an upper jaw of a person. The registration device includes a bite fork (2) to record the position of the upper jaw relative to a reference point of the head of the person. The bite fork (2) is designed so as to accept a plastic compound to record an impression (10) of the dentition of the upper jaw. The registration device further has a lower jaw attachment (4) to record the motion of the lower jaw relative to the upper jaw, and a reference body (6).
