Disclosed are a loom capable of adjusting the pore size and a method for manufacturing a cell support using the same. According to the present invention, the room comprises: a body unit including a front unit in which a front guide groove is formed, a side unit in which a side guide groove is formed, and a rear unit in which a rear guide hole is formed and a rear opening is formed on the front； a front guide inserted into the front guide groove and forming a first warp hole； a plurality of side guides inserted into the side guide groove and forming weft bumps； and a rear guide inserted into the rear guide hole and forming a second warp hole exposed to the outside through the rear opening. A fabric is manufactured by crossing and weaving a weft connected between weft bumps formed on a plurality of side guides, and a warp connected between the first wrap hole and the second warp hole.기공 크기 조절이 가능한 직조기 및 이를 이용한 세포지지체 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 직조기는, 전면 가이드홈이 형성된 전면부와, 측면 가이드홈이 형성된 측면부와, 후면 가이드홀이 형성되고 전면에 후면 개구부가 형성된 후면부를 포함하는 몸체부； 상기 전면 가이드홈에 삽입되며 제1 날실용 홀이 형성된 전면 가이드； 상기 측면 가이드홈에 삽입되며 씨실용 돌기가 형성된 복수의 측면 가이드； 및 상기 후면 가이드홀에 삽입되며 상기 후면 개구부를 통해 외부에 노출되는 제2 날실용 홀이 형성된 후면 가이드를 포함하되, 상기 복수의 측면 가이드에 형성된 상기 씨실용 돌기 사이에 연결되는 씨실(weft)과 상기 제1 날실용 홀 및 상기 제2 날실용 홀 사이에 연결되는 날실(warp)이 교차 직조되도록 직물을 제조할 수 있다.
