A biopsy puncture needle control system (100) with assisted positioning. The system comprises a biopsy puncture needle (1), a control device (2), and a light guide tube (3). The biopsy puncture needle (1) comprises a rotation portion (10), a puncture portion (11), a gripper portion (12), and optical fibers (14). A lower portion of the gripper portion (12) is connected to an upper portion of the puncture portion (11). The rotation portion (10) passes through the puncture portion (11) and the gripper portion (12). The optical fibers (14) are arranged within the rotation portion (10). The control device (2) comprises a control portion (22) and an imaging portion (20). The imaging portion (20) comprises a light emitting portion (200) and a camera (210) therein. The light emitting portion (200) and the camera (210) are electrically connected to the control portion (22). Two ends of the light guide tube (3) are connected to upper portions of the light emitting portion (200) and rotation portion (10), respectively. The light emitting portion (200) is used to generate infrared light, and the infrared light is transmitted to the optical fibers (14) within the light guide tube (3) and rotation portion (10) to form an optical path. The control portion (22) is used to control the camera (210) to image a body portion illuminated by the optical path. The control system (100) for a biopsy puncture needle of the present invention enables real-time acquisition of images of a body portion, and facilitates retrieval of a pathological tissue by means of a biopsy puncture needle (1) for doctors, thus benefiting medical personnel and patients.Linvention concerne un système de commande daiguille de ponction de biopsie (100) avec positionnement assisté.
