In the present invention, provided is a device for processing coffee waste to process coffee waste into a particle size applied for structures at an affordable price. To this end, the device for processing coffee waste to process coffee waste comprises a preparing tank in which water is added to the coffee waste and then is mixed； a first mixing tank which temporarily stores the mixed coffee waste injected from the preparing tank； a first mill device which reduces average diameter of particles by processing the coffee waste from the first mixing tank； a second mixing tank which temporarily stores the coffee waste discharged from the first mill device； a second mill device which reduces average diameter of particles by processing the coffee waste from the second mixing tank； a dehydrating device which dehydrates the coffee waste discharged from the second mill device； a drying device which dries the dehydrated coffee waste from the dehydrating device； a storage tank which stores the dried coffee waste from the drying device； and a controlling device which controls the operation of the first mill device, the second mill device, the dehydrating device and the drying device.본 발명은 비교적 낮은 비용으로 커피 폐기물을 구조용으로 적용할 수 있는 입자 크기로 가공할 수 있는 커피 폐기물 가공 장치를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 커피 폐기물을 가공하는 커피 폐기물 가공 장치에 있어서, 커피 폐기물에 물을 첨가하여 혼합하는 준비탱크； 상기 준비탱크에서 혼합된 커피 폐기물이 투입되어 일시 저장되는 제1믹싱탱크； 상기 제1믹싱탱크의 커피 폐기물을 가공하여 평균 입경을 감소시키는 제1밀장치； 상기 제1밀장치에서 배출되는 커피 폐기물이 일시 저장되는 제2믹싱탱크； 상기 제2믹싱탱크의 커피 폐기물을 가공하여 평균 입경을 감소시키는 제2밀장치； 상기 제2밀장치에서 배출되는 커피 폐기물을 탈수하여 함수율을 낮추는 탈수장치； 상기 탈수장치에서 탈수된 커피 폐기물을 건조하는 건조장치； 상기 건조장치에서 건조된 커피 폐기물을 저장하는 저장탱크； 및 상기 제1밀장치, 제2밀장치, 탈수장치 및 건조장치의 동작을 제어하는 제어장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
