PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically ensure connection between right and left brakes to attain the safety of traveling on a road.SOLUTION: The tractor includes right and left brake pedals juxtaposed right and left in a traveling vehicle body a brake connecting/releasing means for placing the right and left brake pedals into a connected state or a non-connected state a lift arm for lifting and turning a rotary tilling apparatus a work switching dial for switching a work mode into a traveling light work mode and a tilling heavy work mode a lift arm lifting sensor for detecting the lifted state of the lift arm and a brake connecting/releasing actuator for switchingly operating the brake connecting/releasing means.
