The present invention provides a submucosal infusion in which a photosensitive agent that generates heat in response to laser light of a corresponding wavelength is mixed. More specifically, the present invention provides: a device for submucosal dissection which facilitates the removal of affected lesions as the lesion site is heated by a photothermal reaction of a photosensitizer, after injecting the submucosal infusion into a submucosal layer at the lesion site, and does not cause perforation and bleeding of the muscle layer due to excessive laser light irradiation； and the submucosal infusion with a controlled wavelength selective light absorption rate.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 해당 파장의 레이저 광에 반응하여 발열하는 감광제가 혼합된 점막하 주입액을 제공하고, 상기 점막하 주입액을 병변 부위 점막하층에 주입한 후 레이저 광을 조사시켜, 감광제의 광열 반응에 의해 병변 부위가 발열함에 따라 해당 병변의 제거가 용이하고, 과도한 레이저광 조사로 인한 근육층의 천공 및 출혈이 발생하지 않는 점막하 박리술용 장치 및 파장 선택적 광흡수율이 조절된 점막하 주입액을 제공한다.
