PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connection port capable of introducing a sterilizing gas into a container body at the time of sterilization treatment of EOG (Ethylene Oxide Gas), not losing the resealability of a partition wall member by the temperature at the time of sterilization treatment of EOG and making a male connector detachable.SOLUTION: In a first connection state that a locking structure 111 is locked with the male connector 800 and the pipe body part 802 of the male connector is not inserted in a valve 180, a gas flow passage 140 permitting the passage of a gas between the inside and outside of the container body is formed.
