The present invention relates to a blood collection device. The blood collection device includes: a light source which outputs an excitation laser； a current charger which executes charging operation of current； a signal processor which is connected to the current charger, outputs a driving signal to the light source so the current of the current charger flows into the light source, and controls a light-emitting operation of the light source； a first focus lens which adjusts the focus of the excitation laser output from the light source； a medium part which includes a laser medium and outputs a laser with corresponding intensity as the excitation laser beam that passes through the first focus lens, falls onto the medium and excites the laser medium； and a lens position controller which is connected to the first focus lens, adjusts the distance between the first focus lens and the medium part, controls the amount of the excitation laser which falls onto the medium part, and adjusts the intensity of the laser output from the medium part. The present invention may reduce a users pain and possibility of bacterial infection from the conventional blood collecting device with a lancet and solve problems of the conventional non-contact laser blood collecting device, thereby enhancing user convenience.본 발명은 채혈기에 관한 것으로, 상기 채혈기는 여기용 레이저를 출력하는 광원부, 전류의 충전 동작을 실시하는 전류 충전부, 상기 전류 충전부와 연결되어 있고, 상기 광원부로 구동 신호를 출력하여 상기 전류 충전부의 전류가 상기 광원부로 흘러 상기 광원부의 발광 동작을 제어하는 신호 처리부, 상기 광원부에서 출력되는 여기용 레이저의 초점을 조정하는 제1 초점 렌즈, 레이저 매질이 내장되어 있고 상기 제1 초점 렌즈를 통과한 여기용 레이저가 입사되어 상기 레이저 매질을 여기시켜 해당 세기의 레이저를 출력하는 매질부, 그리고 상기 제1 초점 렌즈와 연결되어 있고, 상기 제1 초점 렌즈와 상기 매질부 간의 간격을 조정하여 상기 매질부로 입사되는 여기용 레이저의 양을 제어하여 상기 매질부에서 출력되는 레이저의 세기를 조정할 수 있도록 하는 렌즈 위치 조정부를 포함한다.
