PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to the movement of an ultrasound probe in an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus which evaluates the rigidity of tissue using a shear wave.SOLUTION: Provided is an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus which transmits a push wave and detects the propagation state of a shear wave, comprising: a push pulse transmission unit for transmitting a push pulse a displacement detection unit for transmitting a detection wave a plurality of times to a subject following the push pulse and receiving a reflection of the detection wave from the subject to detect a displacement of tissue due to a shear wave caused by the push pulse within the subject an elasticity measurement unit for analyzing the propagation state of the shear wave in a region of interest based on the displacement to measure the elasticity of each tissue within the subject a probe movement detection unit for detecting the movement speed of an ultrasound probe and a sequence selection unit for detecting an operation sequence which defines a series of operations cooperated among the push pulse transmission unit, displacement detection unit, and elasticity measurement unit to allow the elasticity measurement unit to measure the elasticity, based on the detection result of the probe movement detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】せん断波を用いて組織の硬さを評価する超音波診断装置において、超音波探触子の動きに対応する。【解決手段】プッシュパルスを送信してせん断波の伝播状態を検出する超音波診断装置であって、プッシュパルスを送信するプッシュパルス送信部と、プッシュパルスに続き検出波を被検体へ複数回送信し、検出波に対応する被検体からの反射検出波を受信して、プッシュパルスに起因するせん断波による被検体内の組織の変位を検出する変位検出部と、変位に基づいて、着目領域におけるせん断波の伝播状態を解析し、被検体内の各組織の弾性を計測する弾性計測部と、超音波探触子の移動速度を検知する探触子移動検知部と、弾性計測部が弾性を計測するための、プッシュパルス送信部と変位検出部と弾性計測部とが連携した一連の動作を規定する動作シーケンスを、探触子移動検知部の検知結果に基づいて選択するシーケンス選択部とを備える。【選択図】図1
