PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone trabecula analysis system capable of more accurately performing bone trabecula analysis based on a two-dimensional image.SOLUTION: A total bone-trabecula length GL and texture analysis indices t1 and t2 which are obtained by performing image analysis on a tomographic image D are parameters that vary depending on the state of a bone trabecula. However, since the state of the three-dimensional structure of the bone trabecula is not reflected on the parameters, the parameters cannot be said to accurately represent the state of the bone trabecula. In the present invention, an evaluation value to be obtained when an object of the tomographic image D is supposed to be three-dimensionally analyzed is estimated based on a numerical value obtained from the tomographic image D. According to the present invention, both three-dimensional analysis and tomographic image analysis are actually performed on a bone sample, and the evaluation value is estimated based on both the texture analysis indices and total bone-trabecula length. Thus, reliability of an estimated value is upgraded.
