PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide neutron measurement technology for measuring dose of neutrons by energy in real time, and a treatment apparatus for a boron neutron capture therapy using the measured dose of the neutrons.SOLUTION: A neutron measurement device 10 is provided with: a recoil proton type detector 11 which has a substance generating inelastic scattering with neutrons to be irradiated, and generates a first signal when the inelastic scattering due to the neutrons is generated a nuclear reaction type detector 12 which has a substance generating a nuclear reaction with the neutrons, and generates a second signal when the nuclear reaction due to the neutrons is generated a mixed type detector 13 which has a substance generating the inelastic scattering or nuclear reaction with the neutrons, and generates a third signal when the inelastic scattering or nuclear reaction is generated an event quantity counting part 16 which counts event quantities generated in the respective detectors, respectively based on the first signal, the second signal, and the third signal and a dose by energy calculation part 17 which calculates dose of the neutrons by energy based on the counted event quantities in the respective detectors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】エネルギー別の中性子の線量をリアルタイムで測定する中性子測定技術、及び測定された中性子の線量を用いるホウ素中性子捕捉療法用治療装置を提供する。【解決手段】中性子測定装置10は、照射される中性子と非弾性散乱を生じる物質を有して、中性子による非弾性散乱が生じた際に第1の信号を発生する反跳陽子型検出器11と、中性子と核反応を生じる物質を有して、中性子による核反応が生じた際に第2の信号を発生する核反応型検出器12と、中性子と、非弾性散乱または核反応を生じる物質を有して、非弾性散乱または核反応を生じた際に第3の信号を発生する混合型検出器13と、第1の信号、第2の信号、及び第3の信号に基づいて各検出器で発生したイベント量をそれぞれ計数するイベント量計数部16と、計数された各検出器におけるイベント量に基づいて中性子の線量をエネルギー別に算出するエネルギー別線量算出部17と、を備える。【選択図】 図1
