The present invention relates to a foot bath machine having an ion exchange membrane in a water tank. The foot bath machine includes: a filter filtering foreign matter from raw water the water tank connected to the filter and having a first accommodating space and a second accommodating space distinguished from each other by a separation membrane disposed in a longitudinal direction and an electrolyzed water generating unit disposed in the longitudinal direction, adjacent to the separation membrane, including an ion separation diaphragm, a first electrode separated from the ion separation diaphragm and placed on the first accommodating space side, and a second electrode separated from the ion separation diaphragm and placed on the second accommodating space side, and capable of generating acidic water and alkaline water from the raw water in the water tank. The separation membrane includes: an opening allowing fluid communication between the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space and an opening and closing member opening and closing the opening.
