The device has a chassis with casters, and support racks (2) surmounted on each other for supporting pails (3) that receive cut flowers (4), where the racks have housings for the pails. The housings cooperate with the pails through a connection permitting to modify the inclination of the pails with respect to the plane of the support racks. Each housing has a cavity arranged in the rack so that the pail is inserted top-down in the cavity until it is supported on the periphery of the cavity and/or the upper side of the rack.
