The present invention relates to a prefabricated structure for easy installation of artificial reefs. The prefabricated structure for building marine forests makes the installation of the artificial reefs easier than the installation of conventional artificial reefs. The artificial reefs can be installed continuously while having gaps there-between, thereby forming the marine forests under the sea.
