The invention relates to a biocomposite semiproduct, to a process for preparing the same and to an installation for applying the process, meant to be used in bone reconstruction. According to the invention, the semiproduct consists of 35...40% Ti6Al4V powders, 15...25% hydroxyapatite powders, 3...7% bees wax, 10...15% paraffin wax, 1...10% palm wax, 1...4% stearic acid and 17...25% vinyl acetate-ethylene, having a porosity of 30...40% and an average pore size of 0.8...1.4 mm, the percentage being expressed by volume. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in preparing the mixture of raw materials and injection moulding the same at low or medium pressure and at temperature substantially higher than the ambient temperature. The claimed installation comprises a raw material heating chamber (1), a hand-driven upper injection piston (4) which transfers the raw material into a subassembly comprising the injection mould (7.1), the lower injection piston (7.2) and a profiled interchangeable core (7.3) having an internal geometry corresponding to the external geometry of the raw semiproduct, as well as heating elements (2), elements for monitoring the temperature (3, 5, 13) and the pressure (6), respectively, and controllers (11, 12) coupled to a computer.Invenţia se referă la un semifabricat biocompozit, un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia şi o instalaţie de aplicare a procedeului, cu utilizare în reconstrucţia osoasă. Semifabricatul conform invenţiei este constituit, în procente de volum, din 35...40% pulberi de Ti6Al4V, 15...25% pulberi de hidroxiapatită, 3...7% ceară de albine, 10...15% ceară de parafină, 1...10% ceară de palmier, 1...4% acid stearic şi 17...25% etilen-acetat de vinil, având o porozitate de 30....40% şi o dimensiune medie a porilor de 0,8...1,4 mm. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în elaborarea amestecului de materii prime şi formarea prin injecţie în matriţă, la joasă sau medie presiune, şi la temperatură sensibil superioară mediului ambian
