PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lung implant capable of improving life quality of a patient who suffers from pulmonary emphysema, and recovering lung function.SOLUTION: A slender implant structure 4803 is often introduced to an axial area of a target air duct 4801, and often applies side bending force and (or) compression force from inside of the air duct to a pulmonary tissue. The implant structure or feature part can inhibit reaction of the tissue which may allow that a part of the device finally goes through a wall of the air duct. The device can increase a bearing area toward a side direction on a tissue of a lumen wall of the air duct to be surrounded. When the device is arranged, the feature part can be provided, the feature part capable of increasing functional force of the device with the air duct so as to allow gripping of the air duct surrounded by the device.
