According to an embodiment of the present invention, a stroke occurrence prediction system based on an electrocardiogram is provided. On the basis of an electrocardiogram average and standard deviation obtained through R-R interval (RRI) analysis in an electrocardiogram of a previously collected stroke patient group and a normal group, each of probability distribution information of the patient group and the normal group is derived, and it is possible to predict stroke occurrence of a testee by using the same. The present invention comprises: a determination unit for determining an integration section in the probability distribution information on the basis of an electrocardiogram average and a standard deviation of the testee obtained through the RRI analysis in the electrocardiogram of the testee; a first calculation unit for calculating a first probability (P(S)) and a second probability (P(H)) to belong to the normal group through a logistic regression analysis with respect to a stroke factor of the testee and the first probability (P(S)) to belong to the patient group; and a second calculation unit for deriving a first integration value (P(I¦H)) of the normal group corresponding to the integration section and a second integration value (P(I¦S)) of the patient group from the probability distribution information, and calculating an electrocardiogram-based stroke probability (P(I¦S)) of the testee through the Bayes′ theorem for the first and second probabilities and the first and second integration values.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 심전도 기반의 뇌졸증 발병예측 시스템은, 기수집된 뇌졸중 환자군 및 정상군의 심전도에서 RRI(R-R Interval) 분석을 통해 획득된 심전도 평균과 표준편차에 기초하여 상기 환자군 및 상기 정상군의 확률분포정보를 각각 도출하고, 이를 이용하여 피검자의 뇌졸증 발병을 예측하는 시스템으로서, 상기 피검자의 심전도에서 상기 RRI 분석을 통해 획득된 상기 피검자의 심전도 평균과 표준편차를 근거로 상기 확률분포정보에서 적분구간을 결정하는 결정부, 상기 피검자의 뇌졸중 인자와 상기 환자군에 속할 제1 확률(P(S))에 대해 로지스틱 회귀분석(Logistic Regression Analysis)을 통해 상기 제1 확률(P(S))과 상기 정상군에 속할 제2 확률(P(H))을 산출하는 제1 산출부 및 상기 확률분포정보로부터 상기 적분구간에 해당하는 상기 정상군의 제1 적분 값(P(I┃H))과 상기 환자군
