The present invention relates to an automatic water temperature control system using waste heat. The present invention uses waste heat recovered from waste water instead of using a boiler and a refrigerating machine requiring use of high power or oil for adjusting the temperature of sea water such that a user is able to quickly mix and discharge a large amount of seat water at a required temperature. In addition, the waste heat of the waste water which is used to be merely processed as waste water can be reused for adjusting the temperature of the sea water such that heat energy efficiency can be maximized.
