The present invention relates to a cushion for maintaining curvatures of the cervical vertebrae and the thoracic vertebrae. The cushion comprises: an X-shaped frame closely placed on an upper side on the back of a user, and crossing in an X shape； a frame support unit capable of being attached to and detached from the neck, and connected with two upper level end parts for constituting the X-shaped frame； a chest belt respectively extended from a lower side of the X-shaped frame, and capable of being coupled while wrapping the chest； and a frame penetration hole formed therein in an X shape. The cushion is penetrated through and coupled with the X-shaped frame, and supports a lower side of the cervical vertebrae and an upper side of the thoracic vertebrae to maintain curvatures. The cushion coupled with the X-shaped frame disposed in the back of a user can be longitudinally moved within a particular range to the curvature of the thoracic vertebrae by supporting the upper thoracic vertebrae when the user acts during the day and to maintain the curvature of the cervical vertebrae by supporting the lower cervical vertebrae when the user sleeps at night.본 발명에 따른 경추와 흉추의 만곡을 유지하는 쿠션은 등의 상부에 밀착되어 X자 형태로 교차하는 X자 프레임； 목에 탈착 가능하며 상기 X자 프레임을 구성하는 상위 두 개의 단부와 연결되는 프레임 지지부； 상기 X자 프레임의 하부에서 각각 연장 형성되어 흉부를 감싸며 결합 가능한 흉부벨트； 및 내부에 X자 형태로 프레임 관통공이 형성되어 상기 X자 프레임과 관통 결합하며 경추 하부와 흉추 상부를 지지하여 만곡을 유지하도록 하는 쿠션을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 등에 구비되는 X자 형태의 프레임에 결합된 쿠션이 일정 범위 내에서 상하로 이동이 가능하여 낮에 활동 시에는 상부 흉추를 지지하도록 하여 흉추의 만곡을 유지하도록 하고, 밤에 취침 시에는 하부 경추를 지지하도록 하여 경추의 만곡을 유지하도록 할 수 있다.
