The present invention will be split caused by traditional ophthalmology detecting instrument as screen image is in special optimization method, improve the contrast and sharpness of ophthalmoscope image output, it allows operator to be easy to identify the two rectangle images split as in screen, uses the upper and lower relative position of two rectangle images of adjustment to reach optimized focusing operation.一種輔助影像辨識方法，包含以下步驟：使用檢測儀器產生一具有裂像屏的影像資訊；於影像資訊的裂像屏周圍設定一注意區域(ROI)；對注意區域的影像資訊進行像素亮度相加處理，使注意區域內的所有影像資訊亮度對比提高；以及對提高亮度對比的注意區域進行對比校正，使注意區域內的裂像屏亮度與裂像屏周圍區塊的對比增加。本發明將傳統眼科檢測儀器所產生的裂像屏影像以特殊優化方法，改善眼底鏡影像輸出的對比度與銳利度，讓操作者很容易可以識別裂像屏中的兩長方形影像，藉以調整兩長方形影像的上、下相對位置以達到最佳化的對焦作業。
