PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent delivery system capable of preventing a stent on a catheter from moving out of an arranged position by external force.SOLUTION: In the stent delivery system which has an inner tube having at least one projection on the outside thereof and in which the stent 3 is arranged in the stent arranging position outside of the inner tube, the projection is bent in the cross-section vertical to the stent shaft direction in the stent arranging position when the diameter of the stent 3 is reduced to the transporting diameter. The stent 3 is provided with supporting force from inside by the restoring force of the bent projection and it is possible to prevent the stent 3 from moving.
