The present invention relates to lower body exercise equipment having a foot sole acupressure function, and provides lower body exercise equipment having a foot sole acupressure function, the lower body exercise equipment characterized by comprising: a main body; a rotational plate having the center of the lower surface thereof rotatably coupled to the center of the main body, and having a plurality of pass-through holes formed in one side thereof; and acupressure parts installed inside the main body at positions corresponding to the plurality of pass-through holes, respectively, and moving together when the rotational plate rotates, wherein an upper end portion of each of the acupressure parts moves in and out of the main body through the corresponding pass-through hole, and a first gear is formed on the outer surface of each of the acupressure parts. The main body includes: a case having an accommodation space formed therein and the upper surface thereof open so that the accommodation space is open to the outside; vertical driving parts formed on one side of the lower surface inside the case along moving paths of the acupressure parts, respectively, and having vertically curved wavy surfaces formed on the upper surface thereof, wherein a lower portion of the acupressure part is supported on one side of each of the wavy surfaces; and partition walls formed extending upward along the vertical driving parts from one side thereof and having second gears which are formed on one surface thereof and gear-engaged with the first gears. According to the present invention as described above, the effects are realized in which: a load can be provided when rotating the rotational plate to enhance lower body exercising efficiency for a user; the acupressure parts can be made to move vertically while rotating to enhance acupressure efficiency; and the structure of the exercise equipment can be simplified to significantly reduce manufacturing costs.La présente invention concerne d
