摘要:
The invention relates to a comminution and controlled differential sieving method for extracting/separating active principles of plant origin. The invention relates to a method to be used with natural bodies/organs, and more specifically to compounds of plant origin (plant organs). When implementing the method according to the invention, the compound/organ firstly undergoes desiccation (E1), which results in a dry product by removing the water or any other fluid present in the compound. The dry product is then comminuted (E2) in order to individualize the components of the product in the form of micro/nanoparticles. The dispersion (E3) of the micro/nanoparticles in the air or any other inert gas enables a particulate cloud to be obtained. The controlled differential screening (E4) of the particulate cloud enables the micro/nanoparticles to be separated on the basis of the particle size thereof. The active principles/components that are micronized and trapped between two screens are gradually recovered (E5) by suctioning, by centrifugation, or by means of the particles falling due to gravity. The method according to the enables the extraction of the active principles from plant organs and, more generally, the dry separation of the components of a natural body or compound. The method is a novel dry extraction method, which differs from conventional methods in that it does not involve the use of any organic solvent, and differs from so-called green chemistry methods in that it can be used for producing a broader range of active principles having a wide range of sizes and molecular weights that are very different from one another. The method according to the invention also differs from methods using milking plants and supercritical fluids in that it leads to higher production efficiency. The products resulting from this novel method are suitable for use in analytical chemistry and in the food, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical fields.Procédé de Pulvérisation &
