PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-diameter endoscope 10 with high reliability.SOLUTION: The endoscope 10 has a frame body 20, an imaging unit 30, and illumination units 40 included in the distal end part 11A of an insertion part 11. The frame body 20 includes an imaging unit fitting hole 30H, illumination unit fitting holes 40H, and through-holes 70H, the illumination unit fitting holes 40H and the through-holes 70H being in communication with the imaging unit fitting hole 30H.
