PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent anti-inflammatory drug composition having better anti-inflammatory activity than propolis, a TNF-α gene expression inhibitor for a macrophage comprising the anti-inflammatory drug composition, and a food product, a pharmaceutical and a quasi drug comprising the anti-inflammatory drug composition.SOLUTION: An anti-inflammatory drug composition comprises the propolis and quercetin heat-treated substance obtained by applying heat treatment to propolis and quercetin in the presence of metal salt. There are also provided a TNF-α gene expression inhibitor for a macrophage comprising the anti-inflammatory drug composition, and a food product, a pharmaceutical and a quasi drug comprising the anti-inflammatory drug composition.
