В способе лечения первой стадии макулярного разрыва, включающем отделение задней гиалоидной мембраны от фовеолы, через стекловидное тело вводят офтальмологический мембранный шпатель до контакта с задней гиалоидной мембраной (ЗГМ) в зоне макулы, выполняют отверстие в ЗГМ и за край отверстия приподнимают ЗГМ до ее отслоения от фовеолы в офтальмологическом мембранном шпателе, содержащем рукоятку и заостренную рабочую часть, кончик заостренной рабочей части выполнен крючкообразным. Группа изобретений позволяет снизить травматичность хирургического лечения первой стадии макулярного разрыва и уменьшить связанные с этим осложнения. 2 н.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.
