An alpha-1-antitrypsin variant obtained by replacing an amino acid at a specific site between the 1st and 25th positions of the N-terminus of alpha-1-antitrypsin in order to add a glycosylation site. An alpha-1-antitrypsin variant according to claim 1, characterized in that the alpha-1-antitrypsin variant has from 1 to 3 glycosylation sites added thereto. A variant of alpha-1-antitrypsin according to claim 1, characterized in that a specific site is present between the 3rd and 13th positions of the N-terminus. A variant of alpha-1-antitrypsin according to claim 1, characterized in that a particular site is present in the 9th or 12th position of the N-terminus. A variant of alpha-1-antitrypsin according to claim 1, characterized in that certain sites are present at the 4th and 9th positions, the 4th and 12th positions, or the 9th and 12th positions. A method for producing an alpha-1-antitrypsin variant, comprising: a) replacing an amino acid at a specific site between the 1st and 25th positions of the N-terminus of alpha-1-antitrypsin to add a glycosylation site; b) culturing cells transformed with an alpha expression vector -1-antitrypsin with a glycosylation site added to it, in a culture medium; c) expression of an alpha-1-antitrypsin protein variant from cells; and d) purification and recovery of the expressed alpha-1-antitrypsin protein variant. 7. A composition for preventing or treating an alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency comprising an alpha-1-antitrypsin variant as an active ingredient, wherein the alpha-1-antitrypsin variant is obtained by replacing an amino acid at a specific site between the 1st and 25th positions N-terminus of alpha-1-antitrypsin to add a glycosylation site. 8.
