According to the present invention, disclosed is a drug administration device capable of directly injecting a mist-formed drug through a throat part of a patient to treat a lesion or injecting a drug directly into a throat part of an animal or a lung to perform an experiment. The drug administration device of the present invention comprises: a cylinder receiving the drug； a piston moving along the inside of the cylinder； and a nozzle part coupled to the cylinder. The nozzle part includes: a drug spraying tube provided with a drug passage along a longitudinal direction, and provided with a spraying hole at a front end part； a guide member received inside the drug spraying tube； and an elastic member coupled in a spiral direction along an outer circumferential surface of the guide member.본 발명은 환자의 인후부를 통해 미스트 형태의 약물을 직접 분사하여 병변을 치료하거나 동물의 인후부 또는 폐에 직접 약물을 주입하여 실험을 할 수 있는 약물투여기를 개시한다. 본 발명의 약물투여기는 약물이 수용되는 실린더, 실린더의 내부를 따라 이동하는 피스톤, 그리고 실린더에 결합되는 노즐부를 포함하며, 노즐부는 길이 방향을 따라 약물이동통로가 제공되며 선단부에 분사공이 제공되는 약물 분사관, 약물 분사관의 내부에 수용되는 가이드부재, 그리고 가이드부재의 외주면을 따라 나선 방향으로 결합되는 탄성부재를 포함한다.
