The purpose of the present invention is to provide a biliary stent making it possible to exercise full valve function while also shortening overall biliary stent length compared to the prior art. The present invention is a biliary stent (1) provided with: a stent body (10)； a tubular membrane (30) having a bile outflow port (34), the tubular membrane (30) being provided to one end of the stent body (10)； and two support members (40, 50) which at one end (42, 52) are connected to the one end of the stent body (10) and at the other end (44, 54) are connected to the vicinity of the bile outflow port (34).Cette invention concerne une prothèse biliaire exerçant sa pleine fonction valvulaire en dépit de sa taille plus courte que celle des prothèses biliaires classiques. La prothèse biliaire (1) de l'invention comporte un corps (10), une membrane tubulaire (30) dotée d'un port d'écoulement de la bile (34) et située à l'une des extrémités du corps de la prothèse (10), et deux éléments de soutien (40, 50) qui, à une extrémité (42, 52), sont reliés à l'une des extrémités du corps de la prothèse (10), et à l'autre extrémité (44, 54), sont reliés à proximité du port d'écoulement de la bile (34).本発明は、胆管ステント全体の長さを従来よりも短くしつつ、弁機能を十分に発揮することが可能な胆管ステントを提供することを目的とする。本発明は、ステント本体（１０）と、ステント本体（１０）の一端部に設けられ、胆汁流出口（３４）を有する管状の膜体（３０）と、一方端部（４２，５２）がステント本体（１０）の一端部に接続され、他方端部（４４，５４）が胆汁流出口（３４）の近傍に接続された２つの支持部材（４０，５０）とを備える胆管ステント（１）である。
