PURPOSE: A joint treatment material using adipose-derived stem cells culture liquid and a method for treating joint are provided to regenerate injured joint and to treat joint.CONSTITUTION: A method for treating joint comprises a step of directing injecting adipose-derived stem cell culture liquid to the joint. The adipose-derived stem cell is stem cells isolated from autologous adipose. The cartilage and ligament are regenerated by injecting the adipose-derived stem cell culture liquid to the joint. The tendon and muscle are regenerated by injecting surrounding of the joint.
