To provide a dental abutment screw for preventing loosening of a screw caused by mastication/occlusion repeated in a daily life after implant treatment.SOLUTION: A dental abutment screw, which couples an abutment 7 and a fixture to each other, comprises a head part 1. One end of the head part 1 is a screw part screwed with a female screw part inside the fixture. Via a shank part 2, the other end of the head part 1 has a head seat surface 5 engaged with an abutment seat surface 8 that is a step provided inside the abutment having a hollow through-hole 9.
