【Abstract】 The present invention relates to an anti-aging and aging retarding composition which contains velvet apple extracts or fractions thereof as active ingredients. More particularly, the velvet apple extracts of the present invention exhibit DPPH free radical scavenging effects and ABTS free radical scavenging effects in a dose-dependent manner. Particularly, ethyl acetate of velvet apple and butanol fractions thereof exhibit excellent antioxidant effects, and therefore, the velvet apple extracts of the present invention may be valuably used as active ingredients of an anti-aging and aging retarding composition, a pharmaceutical composition and a composition for health food.La présente invention concerne une composition contre le vieillissement et retardant le vieillissement, qui contient des extraits de pomme de velours ou des fractions de ceux-ci en tant qu'ingrédients actifs. Plus particulièrement, les extraits de pomme de velours de la présente invention montrent des effets de piégeage des radicaux libres DPHH et des effets de piégeage des radicaux libres ABTS d'une façon proportionnelle à la dose. En particulier, l'acétate d'éthyle de la pomme de velours et les fractions butanol de celle-ci montrent d'excellents effets antioxydants et, en conséquence, les extraits de pomme de velours de la présente invention peuvent être utilisés de façon intéressante en tant qu'ingrédients actifs d'une composition contre le vieillissement et retardant le vieillissement, d'une composition pharmaceutique et d'une composition pour les aliments diététiques.【요약서】 본 발명은 벨벳애플(Diospyros blancoi A. DC.) 추출물 또는 이의 분획물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 노화방지 및 지연용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으 로 본 발명의 벨벳애플 추출물은 농도의존적으로 DPPH 자유라디칼 소거 효과 및 ABTS 자유라디칼 소거 효과를 나타내었으며, 특히 벨벳애플 에틸아세테이트 및 부 탄올 분획물이 탁월한 항산화 효과를 나타내었으므로, 노화방지 및 지연용 화장료 조성물, 약학적 조성물 및 건강식품용 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
