The body member (110) has: a base (112) coming into contact with a tooth surface； a slot cutting groove (114) into which an arch wire (W) is built； a coupling unit (116) coupling the cover member (140)； and a fixing receiving unit (120) coupling the medium plate (130). The medium plate (130) has: a circumferential surface (132) inserted into an inclined surface wall (122) of the fixing receiving unit (120)； and an elastic spring (136) having one surface connected to the circumferential surface (132) and having an inverted U shape. The cover member (140) has: an upper surface portion (142) covering an upper surface of the body member (110) in part or in whole； a corresponding coupling unit (144) sliding-coupled in correspondence to the coupling unit (116) of the body member (110)； and a first recessed groove (146) and a second recessed groove (148) formed to be capable of receiving the elastic spring (136).
