The auxiliary measurement light emitting unit (30) emits the auxiliary measurement light (30A) in a state where the plane (30F) and an optical axis (Ax) intersects each light at one specific point on the optical axis (Ax) of the objective lens (21). A distance from a distal end part of the objective lens (21) of the one specific point is 5 mm or more and 20 mm or less.
