A device for producing a skin graft, the device includes: a hollow body having a distal end configured to be placed on the skin; a mechanism for raising at least one blister; an element embedded in said body for cutting off said blister formed on said skin. 2. The device according to claim 1, where the mechanism is selected from the group consisting of a vacuum source to create a vacuum in the specified organism; a heat source to create heat either in the patient’s body or in the body of the hollow body of the device; and their combinations. 3. The device according to claim 2, where the heat source is a light source. The device according to claim 2, further comprising a temperature controller. 5. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a camera located on top of the cutting device. The device according to claim 5, where the camera includes a substrate. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a substrate located on top of the element. The device according to claim 5, where the camera is removable. The device according to claim 5, where the camera is disposable. The device according to claim 5, wherein the camera is reusable. 11. The device according to claim 1, where the distal end of the body includes a plate with holes.
