The present invention relates to medical tweezers with excellent gripping force, which comprises: a pair of supporting boards； tweezer units which include teeth at both end units of the supporting boards in order to be engaged with each other； and guide units which are formed inside the supporting boards. In addition, a traction bar is formed to connect the guide unit inside the supporting board and the tweezer unit, in order to apply tension. A portion of an end of the teeth on the tweezer unit has serrated gripping teeth with a long horizontal length while the rest of the teeth are arranged to have supporting teeth that alternately protrude in order to be spaced apart from each other, thereby being inserted into the counterpart. Moreover, a hanging groove is formed at the end side which rubs against a supporting piece of an inserting piece in the guide unit. A hanging projection is formed, at a position of the supporting piece that is matched with the position of the hanging groove of the corresponding inserting piece, to be combined with the hanging groove when the teeth on the tweezer unit adhere to each other.
