PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phimosis apparatus which has compatibility with the glandes different in size, which does not cause a rubber allergy, and which is not lost by coming off while in use.SOLUTION: A user himself can cut an elastic silicone tube 1 in accordance with the size of his glans so as to adjust the phimosis apparatus to the size of his glans. The phimosis apparatus prevents the rubber allergy by employing silicone in place of rubber.
