The processing part 10 confirms the tubal administration flags of the chemicals in prescription information received from a host 2 with referring to the chemical master 21, organizes prescription information whose tubal administration flags are used, and takes out the tubal administration flag comments corresponding to the tubal administration flags from the name master. The print part 7 prints the organized prescription information and the tubal administration flag comments on medicinal information sheets 33 and medicinal bags 32, etc.
