The combing roller set includes: two rollers which are faced to each other and rotate in an opposite direction； a tooth which is obliquely extended from one end to the other end of the roller and gets into a chive bunch to filter scales and foreign substances of the chives； at least two or more combs which includes different heights and thicknesses of teeth, and different distance between teeth； a pin which gets into the chive bunch and filters the scales and the foreign substances of the chives； and a gear or a pulley which is fixed onto each end of the roller. The engaging roller set includes two rollers which are faced to each other, are arranged in a position for catching the scales only and rotate in an opposite direction； three or more protrusions which are linearly extended from one end to the other end of the roller, and guide the scales and the foreign substances of the chives to an outlet； and a gear or a pulley which is fixed onto one end of the roller.
