The present invention relates to a liquid cosmetic composition, and more particularly, to a liquid cosmetic composition comprising a sugar or a sugar alcohol-derived compound as a moisturizer in an amount of more than 5 to 30% by weight based on 100% by weight of the total liquid cosmetic composition. The liquid cosmetic composition according to the present invention is effective in improving skin roughness as well as skin moisturizing, and also includes a moisturizing agent in a high content, and has excellent formulation stability and usability, so that it can be applied in various formulations.본 발명은 액상 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 보습제로서 당 또는 당 알코올 유래의 화합물을 전체 액상 화장료 조성물 100 중량%를 기준으로 5 초과 내지 30 중량%로 포함하는 액상 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 액상 화장료 조성물은 피부 보습과 더불어 피부 거칠기 개선에 효과적일 뿐만 아니라 보습제를 고함량으로 포함하면서도 제형 안정성 및 사용감이 우수하므로 다양한 제형으로 적용을 가능케 한다.
